
Welp, it’s that time of year again.
It’s really time to refocus on my health, both mentally and physically.
Honestly, I commonly do this reboot starting in February because:
1) I’m a contrarian and EVERYONE diets in January and 2) I’m JUST NOT READY TO STOP EATING.
Needless to say I’ve got some catching up to do especially because….
CHA GIRL IS GOING TO ANTIGUA!!!
In two months…
Soooo, I’m going to need some help. I’ll be using you all and the blog as motivation to ensure I kick ass!
SIDE NOTE: I usually use weight watchers when I’m dieting. This isn’t a plug (unless they want it to be…call me!), but I love their system of assigning point values to all foods. This is the kind of mindset shift that sticks with me even when I’m not “tracking” points.
I’ll be posting pics and recipes of the healthy meals for all times of day.
