We eat a steak like once a week. And it’s always a treat with this Creamy Blue Cheese Steak Sauce!
Especially since I started eating low-carb, steak night has become a highlight in our house.
You can find all my low carb recipes at Vic’s Tricks To…KETO!
And while steak may be one of the most delicious things in the whole world, sometimes you gotta spice things up a bit.
You can find the perfect way to pan sear a steak at Vic’s Tricks To…The Perfect Pan Seared Steak
Or in this case:
Cheese it up.
Cheese is quite literally what makes the world go round. That’s why they call it a cheese WHEEL! Get it?!
Anyway cheese is definitely the center of my universe and in the heart of it…is blue cheese. Don’t let it freak you out! The mold in blue cheese is perfectly safe to eat and extremelyyyy delicious. So salty and savory and smooth and all the S words you could think of.
I’ve always loved a good stinky blue cheese, so it was the first thing that popped into my head when I thought of topping my steak with it.
Vic Trick: Add blue cheese into your mashed potatoes or cauliflower for the most amazing thing you’ve ever eaten. Then thank me later.
The other best part about this sauce, is that it’s the EASIEST THING EVER.
Seriously, just 4 ingredients: blue cheese, mayo, lemon juice, and Worcestershire.
Whip those all together, pour it all over your hot steak and again, thank me later. BLUE CHEESE STEAK SAUCE!
