So uh, shit’s pretty wild right now.
I haven’t really left my house for longer than 30 minutes at a time in over a week!
….but honestly, that’s not much different than my average week.
What’s really getting everyone up in arms, is the intense amount of stockpiling going on across the country.
Seriously, Extreme Couponers must be laughing their asses off in their warehouses filled with diapers and canned string beans right about now.
Well have no fear my millennials that are actually following the rules and staying put…

I’m going to work my hardest to share some meals that are super simple and hopefully, leverage some of the stuff that you can actually get your hands on in this mayhem.

- Super easy and delicious snack – and canned pizza dough lasts 2 months!
- Vic’s Tricks To…The Barbara Family Marinara Sauce & Meatballs
- FYI – I made sauce and meatballs using the above recipe and it works for soooo many meals. I put meatballs on my salads :). Plus, this is the PERFECT thing to freeze and have more later!
- Vic’s Tricks To…Breakfast Scramble
- This is my go-to breakfast for when I have early meetings for work. Make a huge batch and it lasts all week. And I was able to find a ton of ground turkey at my local grocer and it freezes so well!
- Vic’s Tricks To…BBQ Pulled Chicken
- Crock pot meals are the best!!!! And this takes basically two ingredients that you probably already have some form of. Literally any cut of chicken (or meat at all) and BBQ sauce will do! Also freezable!
- Vic’s Tricks Too…Fool-Proof Slow Cooker Stew
- I mean…the name says it all…
- Vic’s Tricks To…Roasted Pepper & Cauliflower Orzo
- This is the easiest “mac n cheese” I’ve ever made. And any substitutes will work!
