Oven baked deviled eggs are the perfect addition to your next party!
If you’re like me, you loveeee a nice spicy tangy deviled egg.
Now if you’ve never made them before well you’re in luck because:
1) I’m about to tell you how and 2) they are SO EASY!
—
First, you’ll need to hard boil the eggs.
But, have no fear, there are 2 Vic Tricks here…
Hard “boil” the eggs…in the oven!
Place the eggs in cupcake tins and bake in the oven at 325° for 25 minutes.

Then immediately throw the eggs into an ice water bath. This will shock the shells right off, making them so easy to peel!

THAT’S WHAT WE CALL A TWOFER FOLKS!
Once your eggs are peeled, cut in half, remove the yolks into a bowl and set aside the whites.
To the yolks, add mayonnaise, white vinegar, yellow mustard, salt, pepper, and cayenne and mix until combined.
Spoon into the halves of egg whites or…
If you’re feeling fancy…
Place the yolk mixture into a ziplock bag, cut one of the corners, and pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
Top with paprika for some added flavor and a beautiful presentation.
And that’s it! Oven baked deviled eggs!
