Vic’s Tricks To…Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts w/ Garlic Aioli

Jump to recipe

It’s air fryer season y’all.

And by that I mean…you guys all have air fryers by now right?!

Well, according to my poll on Instagram, about 80% of you do!

So, I’m excited to share one of my fave snacks everrrrr that is made like 198498634986498x easier thanks to the handy air fryer!

First, preheat your air fryer to 375°.

Vic Trick: Preheating the air fryer is KEY to getting the food not to stick. Especially if you’re cooking meat of any type – preheating is MANDATORY. Cooking spray helps too…

Trim the ends off 1 lb of brussels and cut them in half or into slices if they’re very large.

Throw them in a bowl and toss with 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of garlic powder, and a pinch of salt & pepper. Then place into the air fryer in one layer, cooking for 15 minutes or until nice and crispy.

Now it’s aioli time! You can find my Ode to Aioli here: Vic’s Tricks To…Quick Aioli

While those are cooking, in a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mayonnaise, 3 tbsp of lemon juice, 3 cloves of minced garlic (or 2 tsp of garlic powder), and a pinch of salt & pepper. (I added a little cayenne too cause I like it spicy!)

Vic Trick: TASTE YOUR FOOD! Give the aioli a taste and alter as needed.

Remove the brussels from the air fryer, serve with the aioli for dipping, and…

THAT’S IT!

Super easy, healthy, and tasty snack!

Happy Eating!
